Dnipro-M Multi Cut 76 mm 10 mm saw blade

Purpose

The Dnipro-M Multi Cut 76×10 mm saber saw blade is designed for use with the Dnipro-M SG-12BC Ultra angle grinder. The blade thickness is 1 mm. The cutting thickness is 2 mm.

The disc’s tungsten carbide grain ensures a high level of performance and functionality. This allows the disc to work effectively on a wide range of materials, including wood, fiberboard, chipboard, laminates, and plastic.

Manufacturing material

The disc backing is made of white aluminum oxide with a high-quality binder reinforced with two layers of fiberglass mesh.

Durability and reliability

To ensure a secure fit of the disc on the angle grinder and prevent damage to the shaft seat, the disc is equipped with a metal ring; the abrasive material is highly wear-resistant white aluminum oxide – Al2O3 (97-99%); the disc is manufactured in accordance with international safety standard EN 12413.

The Dnipro-M Ultra-Ceramics 76×10 mm diamond blade is designed for clean cutting of porcelain stoneware, ceramic tiles, granite, marble, and decorative tiles. It is used with the Dnipro-M CG-12BC Ultra angle grinder.

Diamond edge

The blade does not require additional water cooling during operation thanks to its wide diamond-ground edge. This prevents chipping during operation.
